For those that are interested, this entire article should be considered IRON MAN 3 SPOILER material! All ye who read beyond this point do so at ye own peril!
Now, for those that are left, Latino Review has learned that during the course of IRON MAN 3 Tony Stark will unveil his latest armor, the Mark XLVII. Up until this point in the series we’ve only seen up to the Mark VIII, so the question is raised by Pepper Potts, “what happened to all the other Marks?”
Apparently this new Mark is capable of controlling other Iron Man suits, basically turning them all into drones that Tony pilots from the new one. So all those other Marks were built just so Tony could have an army of super powerful robots at his command. Basically, he is living my dream.
This idea definitely creates an excellent opportunity for punching and missiles in large quantities, which is a good thing. So, because of that, I salute this story beat!
