It seems like only yesterday that I learned about Brett Ratner being booted from CONAN THE BARBARIAN like me from my elementary school kickball team. Well, if there’s one thing I know about Brett Ratner, it’s that he’s easily replaced. Case-in-point: James McTeigue is ready to step in and take this sucker over. Thanks Chud.
McTeigue is still pretty untested. His only finished movie so far is V FOR VENDETTA which everyone tells me is awesome. They must have seen a different version than me because I thought it was alright, though V talked way too much and the whole “jail thing” with the girl toward the end was lame. There was some good stuff there, so hopefully he doesn’t mess up Conan.
