Now this is a pretty cool sounding little movie. Variety is reporting that Jake Gyllenhaal is in talks to star next to Hugh Jackman in the vigilante movie PRISONERS. That’s right; Hugh Jackman in a vigilante movie…awesome.
The movie will star Jackman as a regular dude who goes on the hunt for the guy he thinks kidnapped his daughter and her friend. Along the way he runs into a cop, played by Gyllenhaal, and they might clash or something. It will be directed by Denis Villeneuve.
Vigilante movies are awesome and Hugh Jackman is awesome so this is a recipe for ACTION success. I’ll be keeping an eye on this movie…be warned PRISONERS!
