The people over at The One Ring were able to get their hands on our first look at Evangeline Lilly as the Elf, Tauriel from THE HOBBIT. I’m not sure how big this news is, so I’ll let you be the judge.
Anyhow, it’s an elf!
That is my back.
Tauriel wasn’t a character that appeared in any of the books, so take from that what you will. She’s apparently the leader of the Elven Guard and is basically Legolas with boobs. I’m sure she’ll be a fine addition.
