This is a reimagining of Jet Li’s TAI CHI series with Daniel Wu and Tony Leung Ka Fai providing the chop-sooky; though Jet is still around in a producing capacity.

I’m going to cry bull-poop on the “steampunk” announcement in that trailer. Besides one gun, that one boiler location I saw, and the dude with the goggles there was no steampunk in there. That would be like calling DIE HARD a romance because John McClane kissed his wife at the end.
The other stuff though looked good if not par-for-the-course when it comes to Hong Kong Kung Fu flicks.
